Savanna Khoury, LSW, MSW

Licensed Social Worker

I am an empathetic Licensed Social Worker (LSW) dedicated to supporting clients’ growth throughout their journey. After earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University, I have focused on creating a therapeutic space where clients feel truly understood, valued, safe, and entirely free of judgment.

My clinical background covers a wide range of mental health challenges, with a focus on anxiety, depression, and complex emotional needs. I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, meeting you exactly where you are with genuine compassion. While I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (https://www.apa.org/ptsd-guideline/patients-and-families/cognitive-behavioral), I flexibly pull from various evidence-based techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and more, to ensure our work is tailored to your specific needs.

My professional background includes working with people from all walks of life, including survivors of abuse, at-risk youth, and adults with developmental disabilities. I am deeply committed to supporting clients as they navigate complex life transitions and overcome environmental barriers. I value integrity and believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance through active collaboration. I am here to provide the empathy and support necessary to help you build resilience and reach your personal goals.

Heather Soellner, MA, LPC

Licensed Psychological Counselor

Heather completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, NC in communication studies.  She earned her Master Degree in guidance and counseling at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.

Heather is a Licensed Associate Counselor, and Behavior Specialist, specializing in children with a behavioral diagnosis (such as ADHD, ODD, DMDD, and RAD), as well as teenage girls and young women with anxiety and depression. When working with children, Heather typically mixed ABA with CBT, which she calls ACBAT.  She believes it is imperative to counsel the family and provide parent training because she feels a child’s diagnosis is a family diagnosis, since it affects everyone and is affected by everyone in the child’s environment.  Heather believes education and consistency are the keys to behavior change. She enjoys using humor in therapy and feels a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to the therapeutic process.
